No no. The withdrawal of a union appointment certificate does not affect the validity of a collective agreement entered into by the union prior to the withdrawal of the certificate. However, any collective agreement entered into by another union after the certificate is withdrawn has its effect, without prejudice to what is provided for in the previous agreement. Part 1 – Institutions attributable to staff organizations: i. Institutions are recognized as the representative or recognized organization of workers, which is likely to enable them to perform hereditary functions in a timely and effective manner, both during and outside their working hours. Iv. The service issues free certificates of participation to all staff participating in the service`s assignment programs. v. A staff member who is required to undergo training is informed of the duration, purpose and extent.
