IAFF Local 1286 Collective Agreement 2014-2019 RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill Council approved a new five-year contract with the city`s Department of Fire and Emergency Services at the April 30 Council meeting. The contract is valid for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022.The 1957 International Association of Local Fire Fighters, Richmond Hill, ratified the treaty on April 29 and 30. “Our highly trained firefighters and emergency services are protecting our city,” said Mayor Dave Barrow. “This is the kind of specialized communal service that needs to be available if our residents need it.
