Twitter Api License Agreement

This Developer Directive contains rules and policies for developers who interact with the Twitter ecosystem of apps, services, websites, websites and content. It is part of your contract with Twitter regarding the access and use of Twitter`s API and Twitter content (either as part of the development agreement or another written agreement with Twitter). Violations of the directive are considered violations of your agreement. This directive may be amended from time to time without notice. The wholesale terms that are used in this directive and which are not defined in this directive have the corresponding meanings attributed to them in the development agreement or in the master licence agreement. You guarantee and guarantee that you own or have obtained all the rights, licenses, authorizations, privileges, powers and/or powers necessary to grant the rights you confer on it for any content you transmit, post or post on or via the Services. You agree that such content does not contain material subject to copyright or other property rights, unless you have the required permission or if you have the right to publish the material and grant Twitter the license described above. These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access and use of our Services, including our various websites, SMS, API, email notifications, apps, buttons, widgets, ads, commercial services and our other covered services (help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-services-and-corporate-affiliates) that refer to these conditions (together “services”), as well as all information, texts, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos or other documents or material arrangements that appear on services, downloaded or on services called “content”). By using the Services, you agree to these conditions. You can terminate your legal agreement with Twitter at any time by deactivating your accounts and ending the use of the services. You`ll find instructions to disable your account and privacy policy in help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/how-to-deactivate-twitter-account (and for Periscope, help.pscp.tv/customer/portal/articles/2460220) for more information about what happens to your information. The use of our development platform requires you to review and approve our agreement and development policy as well as our policies, including display requirements and automation rules.
